Urology Nurse:

Michael Voogt is a Division One registered nurse who has specialised in urology. He works at my rooms in East Melbourne. He has a major role in education and support for patients undergoing Radical Prostatectomy for Cancer of the Prostate.

Prior to surgery he advises on:
• Details of the hospital admission, such as
§ What to expect.
§ Catheter issues.
• Pelvic floor exercises.

After surgery he is available for advice on:
• Catheter management.
• Incontinence pads should there be leakage.
• Pelvic floor exercises.
• Erectile dysfunction treatment.
